Cupcake

April 27, 2008 at 4:46 pm (Crochet, by Mar)

Here is a new cupcake that I’m working on. I’ve always wanted a defined base. This one has the sides of the cupcake as a flat long piece and then the circular base is separate and then sewn on.

Black Chihuahua Amigurumi — The Making of…

April 26, 2008 at 10:14 pm (Crochet, by Mar)

My friend asked me to make an amigurumi to look like her cousin’s black chihuahua. I am always up for a challenge. Here is how he’s turning out. The ears are especially cute because they are sewen together at the base where it is attached to the head.

Hmmm cupcakes & donuts….

April 21, 2008 at 3:49 am (Crochet, by Angela)

I don’t suggest making these if you’re on a diet. It only makes you want to eat the real thing. But they were sure fun to make. All inspired by a the Crochet Machine, Miss Wousie. My favourite donut is the Boston Cream one! ha ha ha!

Periwinkle Whale

April 18, 2008 at 3:40 pm (Crochet, by Angela)

I’m going to give away this Periwinkle to my friend Rose in May for her birthday. I think I’m going to stitch on a felted heart on the corner of his rear to make him extra lovable.

He’s also eco-friendly, being stuffed with plastic bags.

“Pedro” Amigurumi Chihuahua

April 10, 2008 at 4:12 pm (Crochet, by Mar) (, , )

He’s an edgy chihuahua… but what chihuahua isn’t? His name is Pedro, and he sports a Merino Wool camouflage hoodie with felted star emblem and dark blue jeans. He’s all style, this guy, with his super shiny white Adidas sneakers! His attitude is oozing out of the computer screen — can you feel it?

Pedro the chihuahua amigurumi is overflowing with style.

Moxie

April 7, 2008 at 5:06 pm (Crochet, by Cecelia)

Moxie is a cutie-patootie and made just in time for 1 month preemie, Ava. She’s a girly-girl, loves purses, but still enjoys the comfort of flip-flops. She’s got prettier dimpled knees than me, a heart embroidered underwear, a stylin’ purse and “cutie” necklace complete the outfit.

Remy

April 7, 2008 at 4:17 pm (Crochet, by Cecelia)

My fave quote from Ratatouille is “If you’re focused on what you’ve left behind, you will not be able to see what lies ahead!” by Gusteau.

I enjoyed making Remy even tho his small size made everything more difficult. His hands and arms are movable because there’s a twist-tie looped inside. Remember, “Anyone can cook!”

Thank you for the pattern, developed by Soulcrochet
