RCMP Mountie

Inspired by my fiancée, Justin, a cadet at Depot, RCMP Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan. Note the yellow stripe detailing the side of his pants. Chevrons decorate his epaulets and his fringe of hair really does only appear in front, as the rest is shaved. I plan to give this card to him when he graduates and becomes a constable. Angela

The quilling is lovely Angela. Have you ever seen a quilt pattern for the Mountie? I’d love to incorporate the Mountie in quilt I’m making for a Canadian friend.
